Each of our rooms are $225.00 per night, 2 NIGHT MINIMUM, double occupancy plus 3% borough sales tax. 

Additional occupants in the room are $20.00 extra per night.

The above rates are for cash/check payment. credit/debit card payment adds $10.00 per night.
